Bernstein: Symphonic Dances from “West Side Story”
The Saint Paul Civic Symphony is thrilled to be joined by award-winning mezzo-soprano Clara Osowski at its next concert.
Osowski, a recipient of a 2018-19 McKnight Fellowship for Musicians, as well as multiple international awards, will perform Mahler’s Rückert Lieder, based on texts of German Romantic poet Friedrich Rückert.
Also on the program are Leonard Bernstein’s Symphonic Dances from “West Side Story,” marking the centennial year of the composer’s birth, and the Nobilissima Visione Suite by Paul Hindemith.
